BodyFit

Our BodyFit sessions are filled with simple, functional exercises using body weight, free weights, and cardio movements. Functional fitness movements can carry over into your daily life. For example, squats and lunges  don’t just give you a beautiful booty, they also help with your  balance, mobility and core strength.

BodyFit will help you to burn fat, tone up and create lean muscle. It’s the perfect way to get that body pumping and achieve amazing results!

Each session runs for 30mins and is held at our boutique female-only fitness studio in West Harbour. The studio is nothing like a regular gym! We have created a great little community and provide privacy and security. Our BodyFit sessions are done in small groups, no more than five ladies at one time. No week is the same, but you can expect to be challenged as well as have fun.

Your 30min workout includes a warm up, workout and stretch to finish.  All you need to do is show up and bring is a towel and drink bottle. All equipment is provided, so book in and let’s go!

 

BoxFit

Boxing for fitness is an amazing form of exercise and best of all, it is accessible for people of all fitness and skill levels. It is a total body workout, and balanced with functional moves and exercises, it gives you the most effective results while having fun! Warning: it’s pretty addictive!

At Benefit You, we run several small, private group sessions each week at our boutique female-only studio in West Harbour. Group sizes are limited to 5 ladies per session, which ensures you get a personalised and effective workout.

It doesn’t matter if you are a newbie or if you’ve been doing BoxFit for years, you can set your own pace and work on your skills without the feeling of getting left behind or lost in big group numbers.

Your 30min workout includes warm up, workout and a stretch to finish.  We like to have fun so rock out each set to a pre-chosen song which makes it easy to stay at a pace that suits your fitness level.  All equipment is provided and included in the session price.

CoreFit (Pilates)

Get ready for a super fun Pilates-style workout that's all about strengthening your pelvic floor, toning your core, and giving your body some slower, focused moves to create balance.

This small group session is put together with a mix of Pilates-inspired exercises that work wonders for your pelvic floor and core muscles. It's not just about getting strong and toned, but also about feeling more confident and having fun too.
